Intermediate Cantonese
(Cantonese for Native Cantonese and Mandarin Speakers)

This course is designed for two types of students:

  • Those who have passable to fluent knowledge in conversational Cantonese and would like to build a foundation in reading and writing Chinese Characters and Cantonese specific characters. It will also enhance fluent conversational speakers by introducing advanced vocabulary.

  • For Mandarin speakers. It will provide speakers of those dialects a very efficient approach to familiarizing themselves to Cantonese as this course will simply serve as a way to learn to speak and read the same words they know but to do so in Cantonese.

*Students who mastered both Beginners Cantonese 1-2 are also encouraged to apply.
